Kappa Sushi is a family style restaurant with shops all over Japan, featuring a friendly atmosphere and delicious foods. The thing that makes this restaurant different is how it caters to the tourist who has no knowledge of Japanese language. Guests are seated at large comfortable booths, positioned around a conveyor belt that brings an endless variety of sushi options right past you at the table. When you see something you want, you would simply reach out and take it. You can even browse the touch panel screen at your table for specialized dishes, made custom order. Scroll through the menu (picture based and available in a variety of languages including English) and choose a dish custom made to your own taste. Your order is automatically sent directly to the kitchen where the chef prepares it. And, minutes later, your special order arrives via a Shinkansen, or Japanese style bullet train that zooms through the restaurant on a track directly to your table, carrying the dishes you special ordered. You can take your food and then send the shinkansen back to the kitchen.
