I'm trying to get a list of all the Countries in the World in Japanese, and have they're translations next to them, Also the country abbreviations. Can anyone help me with this

Dear Sir, this is not a real translation site of the countries' name but by clicking the Japanese name below each flag, you can get a short explanation of the country and its English name.
