Elin: I finally found out who she is, but sorry I have never seen her tatoos. They may not be Japanese characters.

Elin: Tatoos must be really in! I certainly will disown my kids if they got those ;)

They are all pictures and not writing. The alleged Buddhist symbol may be Himalayan in origin - not Chinese or Japanese. I'm not even sure if it is right.

Your names:
Elin - エリン
Toby - トービー

Japanese write Chloe this way: クロエ (ku-ro-e)

If you want it closer to English pronunciation, it may be written this way: クローイ

I was wondering if you could translate Darren into Japanese. I saw one translation at a web site but wanted to make sure it was correct, before getting it tatooed

Darren: ダレン

This is the standard translation of the name into katakana. If you had the name converted into kanji, that's beyond me since that is not standard Japanese--it's just playing with kanji characters by assigning homophone kanji character to each katakana character ダ(da),レ(re) and ン(n).

Hey, I've got some Katakana here i really can't read myself, I was wondering if anyone can help me out if they can read some Katakana.
Some of the Kanji I just can't read.

This first one says, Sales Points, Bride, and that's as far as I got.

This second one, on the left it says, something about an Intercooler, and also I think flat battery, but that's all I can get.
