Dear Sirs: I am attempting to give a presentation Katana made by Sumitani Masamine. However, I am having great trouble with the inscriptions as am I am not proficient in the Japanese language. Would you mind translating the following for me? Frederic, Baron of Lleweni presents this sword to his son, Alexander, on his 16th birthday. I would be so grateful if you would. Thank you again, Wh1tebloodcells@aol.com |

um if anyone wouldn't mind, i would like to know how to draw the symbols for these words: fire, water, wind, earth, light, and dark. If someone would be so kind to tell me (more to say show me) how they look like for my drawings? Please and thank you. |

Foreign proper names cannot be written in kanji, unless you choose to do it yourself, phonetically matching kanji of your choice with each syllable. This is a realm of personal taste, and the result may not be to your liking. (Distasteful choice can result in Japanese people giggling behind your back.) I will only write mother, father, families are forever, and love is eternal: 母 父 家族は永遠 愛は永遠 |
