図書館 (toshokan) is a Library
に行く (ni iku) means to "go to". It could also have been へ行きましたか (e/he ikimashita ka)

図書館へ行きましたか
図書館に行きましたか

They both mean the same thing (^^)

Might I inquire as to the reason of "I NEED HELP PLEASE! URGENT!"? Why is "did you go to the library" such a pressing issue... That's what I can't figure out... Are you translating something?
