My name is Kimtoya. I understand my parents combined "Kim" from Kimberly and added Toya to come up with the name. I would like to know the Japanese meaning (if any) of Toya and/or Kim. Thank you in advance |

Kimtoya. There are so man possible character sets for the toya portion of your name that it is almost impossible. The "to" may either mean light or sugar and the "ya" could be arrow. Like arrow of light. Just so you know, one of my best friends in Japan is named Kimberly. Her parents never even tried to mix in the Japanese. The only English she knows is her name. |
