We heard from friends that the Japanese word for patient is pictured as two characters, one is a skewer and the other is heart/mind. I'd like to see this image since it accurately represents the trauma of being a patient. Could someone please send this to me as an image file (tiff or bmp or gif). I'm engaged in a volunteer project looking at language and healing with adolescents. with appreciation, Goldie Milgram |

You do know that many Chinese/Japanese characters have mutated so much with time that they don't look anything like what they originally represented to anyone not fluent in the language, right? If you still want it, here it is: {image}
