We heard from friends that the Japanese word for patient is pictured as two characters, one is a skewer and the other is heart/mind. I'd like to see this image since it accurately represents the trauma of being a patient. Could someone please send this to me as an image file (tiff or bmp or gif). I'm engaged in a volunteer project looking at language and healing with adolescents. with appreciation, Goldie Milgram |

'kanja' 患者 I think the first one is the one you are looking for. The top half of the first one means 'skewer' and the bottom half means 'heart/mind/spirit'. |
