it would be nice to have a kanji picture of some phrases, to go in a final goodbye present to my guy. they are phrases we have had to use a lot in the past and mean quite a lot to both of us, and so it would be a good way for him to remember me when i am gone. i love you i miss you i trust you goodbye i know most, if not all, of the phrases are already on the forums, but the search is making my head hurt. so please help a poor girl out? |

Just curious, unless he can read Japanese, how will this help remember you? |

he grew up in japan, his father had work over there, we always said we'd go one day but it's seems time has run away from us. of course his understanding isn't perfect but it's much better than mine. i can barely get to grips with speaking never mind writing or reading, but they are phrases which end most cards and tags and things so he'll know what it means. |

Ok, but the problem is that there is no exact expression "I miss you" in Japanese, and in the case of the other 3 there are many ways of writing it depending on the nuance (especially for "I love you", which has many possible levels in Japanese). As you said most of these phrases are already in the forum, but I'll try to tweak them to take into consideration the fact that this seems like a teary farewell between two very close people: The 4 sentences in the order you wrote them: image{kanjikana}
