I need to know where a good Japanese Verb Conjugation site is, one that has all the conjugations for every verb.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!

This is a good Japanese grammar site, with verb conjugation, while it may not label each verb individually, it has the info needed to figure it out yourself.

This site uses Romaji for learning Japanese, which I personally really don't care for because Romaji is NOT Japanese (I like to learn the same way native Japanese children learn their own language--through Kana (Japan's phonetic writing system of syllabic characters)). Nonetheless, it explains the different kinds of verbs (which there perhaps-surprisingly aren't many of) and gives all the tenses (in two of which cases there are almost 40 tenses).

I feel I should learn the way Japanese children do to, which is learn to speak it, and read/write it later. At least, that's how I learned English (my first and only language).

Well, what about living in Japan for a while? Or perhaps only watching Japanese TV and movies without subtitles, and try to figure it out from context? I agree with Anonymous1. This speak-first-read-later method would result in much more natural speech, as opposed to a more strict, unbending way of talking that comes with learning only from books. Unfortunately, I learned Japanese the second way, and I am very clumsy when I try to speak fast, because I am not able to stray from the strict pronunciation rules learned from book study. Anyway, that is my two cents.

Also, I agree with Anonymous2: romaji is VERY irritating!
