Dear Matt,
it is not Japanese but Chinese.
It should talk about something immediately efficient (yes, it is an advertisement) but sorry I am not clever at Chinese. Though there are many common vocabularies and scripts, Japanese and Chinese not belonging to the same linguistic group, Japanese people understand Chinese only halfway.

im learning japanese were done with hiragana and starting on katakana anyway Isnt japan a historical landmark
